The build is 3-5 weeks. Week 1 is kickoff plus the content/photo plan. Weeks 2-3 are the rebuild itself. Week 4 is the marketing system layer: AI receptionist setup, GBP optimization, review automation wiring, CRM integration. Week 5 is testing and tuning.
After launch, the $499/mo retainer covers hosting, monitoring, the receptionist subscription, the review automation subscription, one small change per month, and a monthly performance report. If you want more changes than fit in “one small change,” we add hours by the hour at $150 with no minimum.
