My Story
From the call-by-call board to a scoring platform.
I started in HVAC sales at Carini in San Diego. Moved to operations at My Guy, managed the call-by-call board at Personal Plumbing. Then I took over the HVAC department at Point Loma Electric and grew it from one crew doing a million a year to a full department doing six million in six months.
Every company had the same problem. Good contractors losing jobs to worse contractors with better websites and more Google reviews. The best technician in the city would get outranked by a guy running Google Ads with a one-page site.
I built Trades Advisory to fix that. Not with ads or SEO tricks. With real data.

Smart Matching
Our matching algorithm uses 7 proprietary factors including fatigue rotation, rising star detection, and proximity weighting to connect homeowners with the right contractor, not just the highest-scored one.
