Report inaccurate information

We take data accuracy seriously. If your business information is incorrect, let us know and we will review it.

What happens next

We review every correction request within 5 business days. If the data in our public sources has changed, we will re-score your profile to reflect the updated information. If the correction involves third-party data (CSLB, BBB, Google), we will re-pull from those sources.

Our scores are generated from public records and automated analysis. We do not manually adjust scores. If your public records are accurate and up to date, your score will reflect that.
