Most HVAC and plumbing sites we see fall into one of two camps. Either the bones are wrong and a Cleanup is putting lipstick on it, in which case you want the Rebuild. Or the bones are fine, the structure is sound, the URL list is reasonable, and the site is just rotting at the surface. That's what the Cleanup is for.

If your site is on Wix or Squarespace and the layout is OK but the headline is generic, the photos are stock, the CTA is hidden, and the mobile experience is rough — that's a Cleanup.

If your site is on WordPress with a builder that loads ten seconds and crashes Lighthouse — that's also a Cleanup, with image optimization and embed cleanup as the bulk of the work.

If your site looks like it was made in 2014 with a stretched logo and a Flash menu, you don't need a Cleanup. You need the Rebuild.

How it runs

One week. Two emails.

Monday: kickoff

You send us access (CMS login, hosting login, whatever we need) and a 5-bullet list of what bothers you about the site. We send you a scoped checklist back the same day so we're aligned on what's in and out.

Tuesday through Thursday: the work

We do the actual fixes. You don't have to do anything. We'll text once a day with a status line so you know it's moving.

Friday: delivery

You get a video walkthrough of every change, a before/after of your Lighthouse score, and a list of three things to monitor next month. The site is live. Invoice is due net 7.
